So Far So Good The move-in process was easier than the application process. I wish they had given me the whole packet of information to begin with so I knew everything I had to complete and there were no surprises. Instead, I got the packet last and there is a lot of information in there. The pool and grounds are groomed daily which is really nice! Yolanda Saved the day!!! My experience started out fairly bad but there was one agent by the name of Yolanda in chicago that really came through and saved the day! I chose Pangea because I was told that the paperwork could be processed and review within 24-72 hours! 3 days in a Row I waited for a call return from a Supervisor that never came through...That turned into almost 3 weeks of waiting and being passed around to different apartments. To expensive at move In Place wasn’t what was shown to me when I initially came to rent but it’s nice and paid first months rent to have to turn around and pay another 350 after only being in for 2 weeks
