0 Star : My Experience They let me know my car was ready, and when I got there there were new chips on the hood of my car the trim piece was missing, the did fix that, when they brought it out the second time the head lamp wasn’t working they had to take it back and fix it. Finally they said they fixed it, i drove off down the street to the store got back in the car the head lamp wasn’t working again by then it was an hour and I was late for work, let the Manger know that and he completely ignored me and made me wait longer.... read more

1 Star : Likely to Recommend Was told by another customer who used this shop about 6 months before not to take my truck there but insurance company steers you there by making the process easy and not giving other options. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Body work and paint looks good. Detail not so much. Put old faded flaking molding on new painted door. Molding on front door peeling off. New rear bumper scuffed. Only replaced 1/2 of bumper cover.
