I write this review as not only someone who works in real estate and sees all the good bad and the ugly during transactions but also as a veteran ( not everyone is great at VA deals) and someone who had come from poor credit. not only were Pasquale and his team great, responsive, and very knowledgeable but they got my wife and I an interest rate we didn't think we would see for 5 years. They did a fantastic job on the VA loan as well and were incredibly flexible with issues we had with our seller. highly recommend to anyone.

It's really that simple. Pete was a great partner for my home buying experience. In our first meeting he assured me that there would be no 11th hour fire drills or last minute questions regarding funding and he delivered. The client intake experience was easy and painless and the paperwork was easy to follow. Most important Pete is available 24/7 and easy to access via text. I have already recommended him to my coworkers and will continue to do so. Don't look further, Pete is better than the online banks.

Initially, I was working with my national bank for the mortgage. While I'm pleased with them for my general banking, I needed someone that could act fast and provide that local personal attention. I was given Pete's name from my realtor (who was also awesome!). I'm so glad she did. Pete and his team were on the ball and kept me posted throughout the process. Pasquale was great to work with. I didn’t understand anything about this process and him and his team were great about answering all my questions and emails quickly. I’ve heard how stressful home buying can be and I didn’t feel much of that working with him. He really went above and beyond from start to finish. I’d recommend them to anyone who is in the market!
