Pasquale didn't an excellent job on getting our loan for our home. He was on top of everything from start to finish. Believe it or not very stress free. He answered every question we had as we went along. Highly recommended!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Pete very recently. It was my first house purchase. I have only good words to say about his services. I had a very positive experience. The entire process was hassle free. He explained the entire process and terms and conditions with absolute clarity. Also I got a few useful tips to effectively manage the mortgage. Apart from mortgage, Pete helped me to get insurance at a very competitive rate through one of his references.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hardworking man. Do not even where to begin with Pasquale. He has gone above and beyond for me. I have used him twice for our personal home and an investment home within the last 2 years. He was always so positive and very patient/informative. I recently moved from Wisconsin to Illinois. I was looking for a condo and my realtor suggested I get the ball rolling with Pete Messina. He got me my approval letter and the process began. Buying a property can be very intimidating, but Pete explained everything thoroughly. There is a ton of paperwork but were able to get through all of it in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete to anyone seeking a loan or refi. He's very good at what he does.

I spoke with other lenders, but decided to go with Pete because he was always quick to respond to my questions, honest with what he was telling me and made the process easy to understand.
