I'm a first time buyer,Pete was recommended by friend of mine.Before I met Pete I had hard time to deal with several Banks to get a loan with perfect credit score,every single time when banks calling me and ask for documents which only millionaires can provide.When I met Pete he impressed me with his acknowledge about firs time buyers.Immediately i start working with Pete to get a loan,thanks to Pete,27 days later we close the deal.Thank you again Pete.
Overall the loan process went well with Pete. He guided me throughout the process and gave me a competitive rate. The issue came after when the load was sold. The company that bought the loan has a policy against non-escrowing and even charges money to get out of escrowing with them. The problem is I asked about this multiple times with Pete prior to going with him and he assured me I would not have to escrow taxes/insurance. I explained to the borrower that unfortunately we do not control who purchases the loans on the secondary market. I offered to refinance him for free but he declined. Everything that I had done on the loan he states was excellent.. I really was sorry that this happened to him.
