As first time home buyers, Pete made our experience easier than I ever thought it’d be! He was always a phone call or text away to answer any questions whether big or small! He went through each piece of the process very clearly to make sure we understood everything. I was referred to Pete by my Realtor. He and Chris did a fantastic job securing my loan. He went through the mortgage line by line with me and explained everything in detail. When we hit a snag due to the appraiser, he resolved the situation at no cost to me and we were still able to close on time. I will definitely refer Pasquale and Chris to my son and his fiancé as well as other friends in the market.

As a young, first-time home buyer, Pete and his team made this process very easy for me! They took the time to explain everything in accessible terms and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Pasquale Messina as a mortgage lender. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about finances and mortgages, he is very patient and answered all my questions, no matter how inconsequential. I was quickly approved and closed in less than 30 days, which is extremely difficult to do. You can't do much better than Pasquale when looking for a lender. The home buying experience is stressful enough; do yourself a favor and work with Pasquale.

I originally was working with another lender on purchasing my first home. The process was not going well and this lender did not come through for me. My original lender told me I was not approved 10 days before my closing date!! I was referred to Pete (PASQUALE) and his team. I was of course hesitant after being let down.
