I have worked with Patie on many occasions over the last several years, buying and selling homes and investment properties. Each time she has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else for my real estate transactions.
Overall great job and very competent agent whom i would highly recommend.
Poor contact--Just about everything was done the phone or on line.This didn't not work for us. This is the fourth home we purchased and never had the problems we had with this home..... lack of communication and follow through.

I am sorry you didn't like using Docusign for getting documents and addenda signed. I have found it is a great tool and my other clients love it. I was surprised by the low level review. We showed you 9 homes and you really loved the one you finally settled on.
