As part of my long term plan to relocate to Ashland from out of state, I wanted to connect with a local Realtor during my next visit to Ashland, which was approximately 2 years before my relocation. The moment we met Patie we knew that we had found the right Realtor for us. Her open, down to earth manner made us feel at ease and trusting. She listened to and acted upon what we said and asked. We found Patie on the Internet and I'm glad we did. We needed help finding a new home in order to relocate for retirement. Patie was always responsive, returned emails quickly and helped us evaluate the homes we were considering. One very helpful thing was a complete email listing of all properties available which included photos and descriptions. This came regularly to my inbox and was a great way to help us search. Patie helped us through the many hoops of home purchase. Because we currently live in California, she checked out things that we might have looked at otherwise and worked with our schedule, which included a 2 week vacation which we took shortly before the closing date. Patie is wonderful: fast, knowledgeable and goes beyond what typical realtors do. We had never been to Ashland before.
