Patie was very personable yet straightforward immediately. She was honest and thorough in determining the listing price. She was very responsive to any questions we had along the way - major or minor. She was pleasant to work with and seemed as eager as we were to get the house sold but not be taken advantage of. Patie is motivated and savvy. We would definitely want her as our agent again if we were still in the area.

She is both patient and experienced in dealing with difficulties. I had problems with Chase and she was of great assistance with them, which was far outside of anything in her job requirements. She insists that her clients understand that she actually wants them to get outside evaluation of properties and she is of great support when someone gets discouraged (the details of a painful mortgage process don't fit here).

We just finalized the purchase of a townhouse in Ashland and with Patie and her staff's thoroughness, it was easy. Patie herself is very knowledgeable about the area. She was forthright enough to say, "No. That's not the one because..." Or, "I have a great candidate for you to look at."
