Really wonderful experience. We were doing a long-distance sale during a very difficult family time, and not only did Patie and her team take care of every detail of the transaction for us, they clearly had solid knowledge of the market and of that neighborhood in particular. Purchased our home through Patie and her team. Patie was very accommodating with showing us whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted and Marla and Allie were excellent in helping with the closure. Marla really took it upon herself to do as much as she could to alleviate any unnecessary work on our end.

She walked us through the process for putting an offer on our house, which took the stress out of the negotiating process. Patie Millen and her team at the Patie Millen Group did a great job for us. We had our home on the market with another agent and it didn’t sell so we hired Patie to sell our home for us.
