Good experience Our sales representatives did a good job. She explained the chair function and let us try it No pressure
Delivered bed, as stated. But also was needing bed side table for her to have to have something to eat on. My son spoke with the guy that brought it, he said he would put a order in for it. I thought those came with the bed.
Maria, was wonderful !! She explained everything and was very kind.
Every thing was set up where needed, just needed some instruction on bed side rails use and removal if needed. And did not receive any paper work to confirm date of arrival and a receipt.
Maria, the RN who did my training at the Wilder location was excellent. She went over the use of my CPAP thoroughly and was very kind and patient with my questions.
Nice job always when i need it
