I was a first time buyer, and he explained everything including step by step on how the process works. The first estimates were a little off but as we got closer to closing those estimates became very close to the actual values at closing. This makes sense since almost all the fees are from third parties.One thing is that there was a mistake on the zip code of the property, so I had to sign some paperwork twice but overall I was very happy with the experience.

Patrick made my home loan processor very easy and was always very helpful in answering or getting the answers to my many questions. He and his team did very well in communicating where we were in the process, and this was huge is allowing this to be as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend him and his team and would use him again if needed.

I'm a real estate investor and I have actively refinanced my primary residence as rates have dropped over my ownership time period. Just for my investing I've done 48 loans and Patrick was the smoothest and quickest loan that I have done. That is saying a lot as it was my 10th and last Fannie or Freddy loan and so it should have been one of the toughest.
