Patrick was great to deal with. His communication was very professional. When my place of work was trying to make it difficult to provide Patrick with an offer letter, Patrick went above and beyond, reaching out to my place of employment and tapping into his personal references to make sure we would get a loan for our home. As first time home buyers, we did not know what to expect throughout the process but he always took the time to explain everything in terms that we understood. I would work with Patrick again!

Velocity did an outstanding job in terms of telling me what I needed to provide upfront. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop at the last minute, however the next step was to close. There was no back and forth in terms of having to provide a zillion more documents.

I worked with Patrick on a USDA loan and we were able to get into our new home with literally ZERO down. Amazing right! Patrick and his assistant were very easy to work with and followed up with emails, texts and phone calls. The process went very smooth and they were always available to answer questions. The appraisal and closing process went so smooth that we were ready to close before our closing date however the seller was not ready.
