Scheduling was easy and check in went smooth, but when I went back to ask if they could help with a few other things I wanted done the advisor seemed to be annoyed with my request but they did do the two extra things needed.

Work was done in a timely manner and accurate manner. Areas for improvement are with the service managers that check in customers as they don't proactively greet the customer. As the customer I pulled in, got out of my car, walked towards them but waited in case they were in the middle of something and both ignored me until I approached them, no other customers were in the area. Very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that I lost one of the three prepaid oil and filter changes i made with former owners. Started the new relationship a little rocky!

I was told I would have a tire rotation but did not see it on the invoice when I finished. I have no idea if it was completed or not. The new "team" is very helpful and was doing their best, even though they were short handed
