In for routine maintenance - o/c, tire rotation, etc. in and out in 45 min. Very pleased with this establishment for my first visit and service/worked performed
Rattling noise from front of engine diagnosed as idler pulleys, were replaced. Noise still remains, then diagnosed as possible timing chain problems. Then finally pinpointed as the water pump, which was replaced. Initially charged for diagnostic fees plus all disassemble/reassemble labor, but then negotiated a compromise. I appreciate their willingness to negotiate, but I think they should have done that without me having to pressure them. very efficient, the service person was able to save me some money on car services, however I have never experienced a fee for using a credit card. the fee was 3%, un heard of.

I was able to get my car right in for an oil change and then the advisor called back and suggested another service needed because of the miles. Went above and beyond to call the Bartlesville Patriot to make sure that service hasn't been done already. I appreciate the time the advisor gave to help keep my car updated.
