Paul was great and so patient with us as first time buyers. Paul was always available for questions as well as meetings and truly gave us a stress free experience. whenever I had a question he would be there to guide me. He always returned phone calls in timely manner. I have worked with other lenders and sometimes felt I was a bother when I would call with questions.

I found Paul Sellers by chance when I was looking up different down payment assistant programs online in Texas. Ever since we walked into his office, I felt like he would do right by me during the process. It was my first time purchasing a home and Paul never hesitated to reach out and explain something to me when I was confused. Paul did a fantastic job of communicating and was very helpful throughout the process. The process was not overly cumbersome and when documentation issues arose the Sellers team was very helpful in finding alternative solutions. It also took less than a month from when I first contacted Paul until closing on the home.
