Met Paul in Nov. of 2016 for preliminary questions about buying a home. We closed Sept. 2017. Paul was honest, straightforward, and very detailed. Explained and re-explained (over and over again for us first time home buyers) every detail of loan and process of buying a house. Continues to offer support even after we have closed helping us with any changes in taxes etc. Very customer service oriented. He and his team are great. As a first time home-buyer, Paul was great with assisting me through this crazy process. He always made himself available to answer any questions and was very helpful with everything.
The entire process was virtually effortless. From the time I placed my application until the final CD, I believe I only had to interact with the lender 4 times. I was informed weekly of my progress, but as far as having to put forth my effort, it was literally 4 times out of my own time that I had to actually participate.
Buying a home for the first time is a scary experience ...Paul was with me every step of the way. Im in love with my new home. The process was smooth and simple with no confusion. Paul did a great job - he guided me through the process and was fast, always available, knowledgeable, and communicative. I have no complaints about anything with Paul, and can only give praise for his work. In addition, he was able to secure me a larger loan amount for a lower rate than a lot of other banks were offering.

I was purchasing a house in Texas, while doing a cash out refinance from my investment property in California. The process with my loan officer in California was terrible, i will never use their company again. Paul not only had to work with me, but had to work with them and all the problems they had.
