Working with Ms. Wiley made the process smoother. She was patient with my questions and her demeanor was always pleasant. She returned calls in a timely manner. Had it not been for her I might have not compled the process.
The refinancing process with PennyMac was great from beginning to end. Each person that I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful!
From the loan officer to the the person who preformed the closing everything was excellent. The appraiser I did not feel did a great job but outside of that everything was excellent.
Paulette was clear and concise and concerned about my questions.
I couldn’t believe the Penny Mac team was that good, I am pleasantly satisfied!
Penny Mac withdrew me from my first rate lock without my consent, consideration or notification. They also reversed an agreed upon reinstatement. Now I have a higher rate and monthly payment due to pennymacs error. There was a great deal of plausible deniability and “miscommunication”. At my expense.
Everything went smooth.
