All my questions were always answered quickly and accurately, I could always call and speak with someone.
Paulette did a fantastic job. 10/10 but the document portal was often a bit confusing and several things were either requested incorrectly or requested multiple times.
Naturally we want things to happen quicker but reality is always part of the process. Overall I am very happy with the services and I was treated with respect. I look forward to continuing my association with Penny Mac

Too many people in the loop and out of the loop. I received contradictory information through the entire process. Not really any individual’s fault but still extremely frustrating.
The entire team at Pennymac was polite and professional.
