The team was great and communicated promptly.
We got the run around from Paulette. We were asked way to many times to print and fax the same document multiple times. We had to pay for the forms to get printed and also to get them faxed. When she would send me an email for a paper we needed it was never attached. Had to go online and print it out myself. When it was time for closing they again had the wrong address. I had many choices of Lenders, but by far PennyMac is the best of all. They stay on top of every situation, they speak to you as thou they know you. Just a pleasant bunch of people to work with.
Paulette was communicative and easy to talk to.
