My experiences with Ms. Wiley and other team members were absolutely wonderful. All communications were clear and very easy to understand. Basically, PennyMac's expectations informed me of the established goals and suspense time required for completion and reply.
I really appreciate that even at the end of the process, when there were weeks that nothing was required from me, Paulette would still reach out to let me know everything is still progressing, what process the loan is at, and there is still nothing more I needed at this time
Wish my questions were answered more promptly. I wouldn't hear back for days. The agent, Andrew, would get back to me immediately. Very professional.
Paulette was very good at making sure we stayed up to date with the latest info. Even if there were no updates, she would still call and let us know what we should be expecting. She was amazing and very helpful
Paulette and the team were always available and Paulette took time out to verbally communicate to us which eased the process greatly! We were never left guessing on the status of the loan and that was greatly appreciated. The loan process was smooth and quick thanks to their quality of work.
