Outstanding customer service from Paulette! Very responsive to my needs in closing accurately! Recommend her for all tastings! She gets it done right!
The experience was awesome. We did not have to leave our home for anything and Paulette called us weekly with updates and answered our questions. She was very knowledgeable and professional when speaking with her. The time frame given to us in the beginning was the great and they stayed on schedule. The closing was done at the home. The closing agent was very professional and observed the social distancing as well as wearing her mask. She was quick and efficient.
The procedure was simple and straightforward. All associates handling my were friendly and knowledgeable. Closed in less than 30 days!!
The entire process was very smooth all throughout from applying to closing. Great team!
