Refinancing was fast and easy . Got a great rate.
Made the process so simple for us even though we aren’t great with computer. Phone calls were returned promptly and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The whole process was quick and easy! Thank you Penny MAC and Paulette Wiley.
I was surprised how quick and streamlined the process was. Less than a month from inquiry to closing.
The Loan Processing Team was great. We were called every week and informed of the status of the loan. PennyMac already had our mortgage so refinancing was extremely easy. At first when we decided to refinance, getting through on the phone with somebody was extremely difficult. Another issue was that our original Loan Officer seemed very unsure of the procedure and was not upfront with some of the information but with advice from the Loan Processing Team we were able to work through it.
Paulette was extremely thorough and checked in with us regularly with updates. She answered every question we had and gave us all the time we needed in her calls to us. She was more than willing to help in any way she could throughout the entire process.

This was so easy! I called got a better rate than I had before and refinanced within a month from my first call. If you already have a loan with PennyMac you should at least check to see how much money you can save every month.
