The entire process was seamless from the first call to closing. Highly recommend.
Having a competent loan team would have been nice. I sent my insurance paperwork to my loan officer 3 times and it still wasn't reflected properly on the closing documents. Tax payments were incorrect as well. If I hadn't noticed the mistake, we would have been $1800 short on escrow over the next year. My eight year old can listen and do math better.

I will be happy to explain what went wrong for us. The problem was NOT THE AGENTS WE WORKED WITH!!! The problem in communication, delay and frustration was the inadequate computer programs used to send us information during the progress of the loan process. They were confusing, repetitive and at times unable to access because if continued username/code entry requirements. This was rediculous, time consuming, and inadequate to the process of expediting the loan, to no fault of the agents.
