Ive had an extremely disappointing experience with Paycor. Urgent payroll issues routinely take weeks to resolve, which is unacceptable when employees pay is on the line. **************** is consistently poor, with long wait times just to speak to someone, and there are no dedicated account representatives to provide continuity or accountability.The onboarding process was inadequate, and the system was not set up correctly from the start. They are the worst. I cancelled the service because it cost way to much. Then they say I never cancelled my service and billede for there non service every month. You can't cancel the service because they never get back to you to cancel. This has been an ongoing problem for the past few months for me. Now we see if I can get any money back. I can not in good faith recommend Paychex to anyone! We hired their company for their payroll services, human resources partnership, and the retirement 401k services for our 5 businesses back in February 2025 and it has been an absolute train wreck! From implementation to ending our contract with them! We really tried to be patient and understanding, especially starting out with a new company we knew going in there were going to be some bumps along the way, but for 11 straight months is unacceptable, especially to the point ... read more

Small businesses beware. Fees increased exponentially in first 6 months of use. Still being charged despite may attempts to cancel. Extremely unhelpful and rude customer service.

Terrible customer service. I have tried to reach ******************** multiple times for issues with our 401K and a separate issue with Outstanding Tax Liabilities, which are time sensitive. Getting no response other than to be told to use the "Chat Bot" online or to resend reports that I have already sent several times. Or if I do get a call it is from someone that hasn't any idea what they are doing!! I have ADP coming in this week to discuss changing all our services to them.

Never use Paychex for your corporation services and if you do DO NOT SET A 401K. My payroll services fees increased every year although this can be normal with economy and inflation. Like I said, never create a 401k account with them. I first closed my payroll services because of the fees when it a small corporation with only me as employee. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My seven-month experience with this payroll provider has been nothing short of a nightmare. My payroll was set up to allow me to submit a timesheet every week, yet nearly every week there were errors.I have worked with several payroll specialists, and not one has been able to get my payroll processed correctly. You can't not put a star so 1 it is. Young business, first time managing payroll. I've had the worst experience with a company, and I had **** I have repeatedly requested a supervisor to resolve issues, and have not received any communication from management. As of 12:27pm today, our assigned **** ******, I requested his manager. #LackLuster
