Overall our one night stay was very comfortable. Refrigerator was very noisy, running all the time.overall
If you are happy with mediocrity, this place will suit you fine! Traveling with a friend so I intentionally booked the largest room, 1 bdrm with a sofa bed in the living area. Got back to the room late and attempted to set up the sofa bed, no sheets to be found in the room. Slept on the bed without sheets. Walked to the office in the m morning and asked about the sheets. Was told "sometimes the girls forget". I didn't realize that was an acceptable answer, maybe I'll try that with my boss next time a big project is due...i f... read more

Having stayed In a number of hotels and B&B's in Fredericksburg, will certainly look at re-booking In the days of going green it was a shame all items of cutlery and crockery for breakfast were plastic disposable items that whent straight in the bin The property location was within walking distance of the town and Main Street, which meant access to shopping, restaurants and museum were within ten minutes. Rooms were clean and well presented and having opted for a larger room, the small kitchen proved very useful.

Exceptional We'll be back! If not for all the LBJ tourist spots I would of thought I was in Germany instead of Texas. When you're out try the sourkraught!
