I love staying here, it’s walking distance to Main Street Maybe a better breakfast but wasn’t a big deal. The area is safe and convenient. Pet friendly is a plus

Atmosphere was nostalgic. Toilet was way too close to the wall. Placement of bed by windows. Complementary wine & comfortable bed.
Good value. There were no hangers for coats, hats, robes. Need a garbage can in the kitchen of the suites. The bathroom vanity could be larger, little room for vanities. These is not deal breakers, just positive feedback. Very quite and peaceful place. Great location.
Comfortable, well located and well appointed. No shampoo provided first night -- suspect an error by staff as some appeared for our second night. Our room was very close to the highway so there was some traffic noise, but not enough to be a problem. Very good location within walking distance of the centre of Fredericksburg, easily found. Room came with a free bottle of wine and had most of the expected sundries. Easy parking both on site and on street.
