Having bought and sold a few houses over the years, we have had all sorts of experience with various home inspections. Some were good, some were a waste of money. So when we met Dylan from Peak Home Inspections, we were hoping for a capable and knowledgeable inspector. Dylan was very professional and extremely thorough. Even the smallest details that would seem insignificant for a home inspection were meticulously combed through. We were more than pleased with the results of our inspection, and were very impressed with the vast knowledge Dylan had of residential construction from every aspect.
Kyle was very pleasant and very thorough. With that old of a house however, I might have felt more comfortable with a more seasoned inspector.
Kyle has been the best both times we used him! Very informative and answered all questions. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
