Dylan was so wonderful! He stayed after his inspection and took time to explain verbally everything that he found which was so helpful as a first-time home buyer. A couple days later I had another question for him and he responded quickly and wasn't bothered at all that I had reached out again. 100% recommend.

This company is wonderful. This is the second time that we have utilized them and had Dylan as an inspector. They scheduled very quickly and were polite and answered any questions that I had. The inspection was very thorough and received the report the same day, which was very easy to read and included pictures, were color coded for findings. They are reasonably priced and efficient. The radon results and report was sent the same day the device was picked up. We definitely recommend them!
I had only a few days to have a home inspection completed. I work full time, and I only had a few minutes to schedule online. It was extremely easy to navigate the website and to schedule online. This is the first time I have ever had to have an inspection done, so I was nervous. They made is seamless!! Also the report was very easy to read and understand and color coded. Couldn't be happier !!
