I wish I could leave 6 stars here. Dylan was fantastic. We are so grateful to have hired Peak Home Inspections to conduct our home inspection. The first time we used Peak Home Inspections (Dylan) was in 2013. We were so impressed by the thorough inspection and attention to detail that we have used him every time since then! Dylan is very professional. He takes times at the end personally to explain some of the concerns he found and is very objective. He makes it clear he is not a licensed electrician, etc. but he is very helpful with any suggestions. The report is very organized and detailed, but also super easy to understand. This was a very thorough inspection. We are very pleased with the inspection. We especially like the way the report has been written. Having items broken down into action and maintenance items and getting helpful tips for when to get a professional such as a plumber or contractor is very helpful. Thank you for a great job!

James did a very through inspection and helped us decide to not buy a lemon. Thanks to him we won't be living in a death trap.
