I was in the process of buying a home from Germany and these guys did an awesome job working with my timeline. Plus they offer an active duty military discount. Thier reports are super easy to read and well laid out. My inspector Dylan was even at the home while my realtor was so I was able to skype with him and he talked me through everything in the report that needed action. I can't speak highly enough of my experience and would recommend them to my family and friends with no hesitation.

Inspector was very clear on items of concern and those that were maintenance items. Was very thorough. Our second home inspection with the company and will recommend them.
Dylan was awesome. His inspection was extremely thorough. My wife followed him around for most of the inspection and not once did he make her feel like she was in the way. As he found things, he explained them to her in a way that someone not in the industry could understand easily. Extremely polite and precise. The report was completed within an hour or two of us leaving the property. I would highly recommend Dylan to anyone needing a home inspection.
You guys did the inspection without me being there and that was greatly appreciated. I won't get there for another 2 weeks and I didn't have to wait for this. Thank you.
