I want to thank Dylan and Bryce for their professionalism and thorough inspection on the house that I intend to purchase. This was the second inspection that I have attended, and I was quite impressed with how both of them kept me in the loop on each aspect of the inspection. Purchasing a home is stressful, and it has been quite a journey to say the least; but Dylan made the process of inspecting the house easy and pleasant. I will use Peak Home Inspections again (if I ever plan to buy another house).
Dylan provided meaningful feedback on items needing attention (e.g., leaking hose bib, loose stair nosing) while gauging relative urgency of the fixes. He demonstrated his expertise as we discussed the expected lifespan of cellulose insulation & water heaters, root infested sewer lines and CO2 test of the gas fireplace. The report was thorough with photos and will serve as a reference in the future (e.g., location of water shutoff). Dylan and his team have been great to work with and easy to schedule. I really appreciated his ability to talk through technical findings he made during the inspection in a way that was easy to understand.
Dylan showed up early with a smile and and joy for his work. He was super professional and good at what he does. You could tell he loves his work.
