Very thorough inspection!
This was an excellent process with helpful and educational information from out inspector. We highly appreciate his time, patience, and personalization with the inspection process to not only cover inspection items but to educate as well. We would highly recommend to everyone.
I have used this company for three of my properties. They are extremely thorough and I never once had anything pop-up that they didn’t catch! I’m very happy with the service, and will not use any other inspection company.
These guys are great! We had an issue with a roof leak which they clearly state they do not have the tools to detect a leak. Unfortunately for us, we discovered the leak after we closed on our house. Even though it was out of their control to detect they still offered us a full refund for the inspection. This spoke a lot to me about this company. Thank you!
