Washer and drier... (Verified Renter) Washer and drier units are almost mini-sized, which I did not expect, and are difficult to use. Kitchen cabinets need to be repaired (they are peeling in many places) or repaired.
DO NOT LIVE HERE I WOULD RATHER BE LIVING IN A BUS BEFORE I RESIGN MY LEASE HERE! When you take a tour they make sure you only see 1/16 of their property so you don’t find out the horrors within. Management does not give a FRICK if your property gets stolen, they don’t even say “hey we’re sorry that happened”. Also you have to pay extra to park in front of your own house, where your car can get towed at anytime if your car looks “unoperable” or if you don’t park in the 1 spot they give you. Needs Improvement desperately Hot tub rarely works-out of commission for at least 2 months now. Workout room is very small and out of date-missing most barbells. One bike is almost impossible to pedal. Parking is a mess. Very little guest parking. Ist apartment I ever lived in where it is my responsibility to call a tow company to get someone out of my space. Bad getting worse Cats roam free on property Sofa's and other junk left outdoors on porches and lawn Pool not working Hot tub hasn't worked in months High rent and unkempt property and grounds Parking is a mess Residents pay for electric bill for common areas outside of apt rooms Lack of response to requests from management or home office Time to go......
Needs improvement Hot tub has not worked more than three weeks in the last 3 months. Litter boxes outside doors encourage cats to roam. Parking is a mess. Pool doesn't work. Management has excuses and does not work with you. Fitness room missing equipment and small. For what you pay and what you get-not worth it at all.
Disgusting This place has animal feces EVERYWHERE, because none of the residence cleans up after their animals. Staff are rude & just don't care if there is an issue, no matter how big or small. VERY limited parking, even if you are renting a 2 or 3 bedroom, you get 1 parking space, & the guest spaces are always full. You most likely will have to park across the street.
