Excellence in place WE love living here since the new company took over this place is amazing very beautiful and they gave us a huge moving bonus. Staff is super awesome and very helpful . Needed work done for a broken faucet they were there the next day and had it repaired like new. They are still working on getting everything arranged like the garages but the place is great over all.

Worst Customer Service Experience First off the woman giving the tours has the worst customer service personality I have ever seen, it was a terrible experience sitting down and then touring as well. She was not kind, she was rude, answered each question with attitude and lied about smoking in the apartments. Because it’s fine if you smoke or not but if we say hey did the last tenant smoke and she says no but the apartment did not smell good don’t lie. There have been... (Verified Renter) There have been several issues with unsupervised kids causing damage to property and being loud for up to at least 2 hours at a time. I would need to know that was addressed before I made a strong recommendation.
Too expensive. And... (Verified Renter) Too expensive. And the rule that if I were to have a roommate, “everyone” in the household must make 2.5x' rent is horrendous.
