(Verified Renter) Parking rules have changed and were not communicated, grounds are looking unkept, mostly where people don't pick up after their animals, they should be fined and charged more and take it off the rest of our bills. The hot tub and pool have been mostly working and when it has issues they are fast to respond which is a huge improvement in the last year.

Excellence in place WE love living here since the new company took over this place is amazing very beautiful and they gave us a huge moving bonus. Staff is super awesome and very helpful . Needed work done for a broken faucet they were there the next day and had it repaired like new. They are still working on getting everything arranged like the garages but the place is great over all.
