The only thing... (Verified Renter) The only thing that seems to be lacking is available parking space. Even if every unit gets one space, there are far more cars than spots available. It will make it hard when guests would like to come visit.

Prosess of moving... (Verified Renter) Prosess of moving in was very frustrating, we were suppose to move in and we weren?t able to move in for 11 days after. The condition of the apartment wasn?t what we thought it would be and when we moved in the place was discusting

I highly recommend living at Peakview at T-Bone Ranch Peakview at T-bone Ranch is a top notch place to live. I have lived there 6 years and we have worked with 2 property management companies. I can tell you that Steadfast Management is very professional, honest and consistent. Office staff Peakview at T-bone Ranch has always been very friendly and easy to work with, sure there is turnover but in Northern Colorado with a booming economy you will find that anywhere.
