Vintage Corporation Vintage Corporation a management company that seems to have quite a few properties in Greeley and surrounding areas is the worst. Avoid Vintage Corp at all costs. Do not help at all when something is wrong with rental dealing with staff is difficult and they just do not care.
Very unhappy Do not rent here. We spent 7 months here and from when we opened out door it was a bad experience. The room they showed us wasn't the one we got. Ours smelt like smoke sooooo bad. Our apartment wasn't clean either we had to get the carpets cleaned. Parking is horrible. We asked to have things fixed numerous times, put in work orders and nothing. After we moved out we got a bill for the broken stuff that was broken when we moved in. The spiders outnumber the tenants 10 to 1 as well. We left the apartment in a lot... read more
Extremely dissatisfied tenant that is moving out Our 6 months in this complex has been extremely disappointing. The apt. they show you is nothing like the one the put you in. Apts. are extremely outdated & in very poor condition (this is inside & outside as well). Inside of apt. has chips in floor linoleum in both kitchen & baths, tubs have chips, cabinets look 20+ years old. Keep looking - there are better properties out there. Management chose to close the pool (supposedly open year-round) for two weeks in the middle of July for routine matinanence. Parking situation is not acceptable - they "assign" one spot for a two bedroom unit and then don't enforce. Building quality is poor, as evidenced after a hail storm where half the buildings are pockmarked and the windows broke. The didn't complete standard repairs, including safety issues. Horrible Office management I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The apartments are cheap and falling apart. The management is rude, disrespectful and cheats their tenants out of more money then they owe. I do not feel like a valued tenant at this complex. Please be ware of this complex.

Just moved out of peakview because 1. Parking is horrible. 2. Customer service was horrible 3. They show you a different room than yours and ours reeked of smoke. 4. Spiders out number the tenants. 5. After we moved out we had a professional come clean the carpets and had a spotless absolutely spotless apartment got charged 70 dollars for cleaning the apartment and 70 dollars for cleaning the carpets. They are nice until you sign the papers then it's all down hill.
