Pediactrics Associates have been good to my girls. I have never waited that long but if we did it's no big deal. It's a doctors office and things come up so I get that. I gave 4 start for 2 reasons. 1, I prefer my children to see the same doctor or nurse practitioner with exception someone is out of the office. Every visit it's someone new and I don't like that. 2, the questions on the patient paperwork are really adult questions. I understand the logic behind it, however I do not agree with it. I recommend this place to everyone with children. The nurses are so kind and polite, the decorations inside are fun and beautiful, and not to mention that anytime I've ever had an issue or mix up with them it's been resolved right away to my top satisfaction without any attitude or arguments (unlike other places I've been to unfortunately). They have even done an absolutely wonderful job sticking with their new COVID-19 procedures - all staff members on board and embracing it. Yes, the wait times can be long and that's annoying. But that has literally been my experience at every doctor's office I've ever been to, with or without my daughter, with or without an appt. Welcome to healthcare in the US. The doctors here are wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. The office staff is friendly. The facility itself is bright and clean. My oldest is 13 and I have never been to such a wonderful pediatrician office. Everyone is friendly. Appointments are on time (so far). They call back. They get you what you need. The back is ran very smoothly. Super kid friendly. Plus they have awesome hours. My daughter needed to be seen unexpectedly, I made an appt. at 7:30pm for the next morning online. No problems. I'm expecting currently and will be using this office for the baby!
We just moved here and I am really glad I picked this pediatric office for my kiddos. They are amazing. The entire staff. The doctor we've seen is very knowledgeable and compassionate. You can tell she loves kids and has a heart for their well being. The front desk if fast, organized, and very friendly. The nurses we have met are all friendly and even though they are busy, they keep smiles on them!
Pediatric Associates is a great place to bring your little one. They have a sick side and a well side for your little ones. We see Dr. Williams and we love her. She is very informative and she answers every single one of my questions. She puts me at ease when I'm feeling worried. Office is very clean and the staff has been super friendly and professional! The wait times are not bad at all and we are very happy with our choice of picking this pediatric office.
I moved here a year ago and I've en taking my son to this office - I love the office, the after hours services, the after hours reps are very empathetic and tried their best to get your sick kid in as soon as possible, I love dr wildcat and I recently met dr arroyo who was also very good and detailed about the entire process and diagnose - I really enjoy their entire team maybe things were different before based on the old reviews u read but for the past year I've been very happy with them- I'll highly recommend them.
Been going here for almost 3 years. We love Dr Hayes. The office is always very clean and staff is very nice. Sometimes a long wait but almost any Dr we ever see is.

Both of my children go here. We absolutely love all the doctors and staff. Very caring and thorough. My oldest went to several different practices before I found this one and I am so happy we found the perfect place for my children. Thanks for all you have done for my two girls.
