Absolutely ridiculous waiting time. I spent 2 hours in a the doctors office to not be seen. The front desk girls are pleasant but the time management at this place NEEDS TO BE RE-EVALUATED ASAP

If you don't mind being seen and hour after your appointment time... then this is the place for you!!! For lack of better words.... this place sucks!! They have ZERO respect for your time.

Don't go here if you care about your child's health. My son had an ear infection for over 3 months and a fever that spiked to 105. What do they do? They give him the exact same meds that didn't work the first time. They put my 18 month old through 10 days amoxiccilan, 3 shots of Rocephin. When those didn't work they gave him Augmentin for 10 more days and then Rocephin for 3 more days. My son saw 3 different physicians and all three told us that his fever was from his ear infection and told us to get tubes. They said that he... read more

This place has a lot of potential, but they have a lot of room for improvement. Wait times are way too long and not acceptable. The office and waiting room is clean, but kids run and scream rampant in here. The actual Dr visit was pleasant and all questions were answered and addressed.

My daughter appointment was at 3:10pm. We arrived 10 minutes early as they inform us to do. They did not call her to the exam room until 4pm where we then sat and waited for another 40 minutes. No one ever came and check on us to see how my daughter was doing. We spent 2 hours at the doctor office for an upper respiratory infection. When we had an appointment.

On our first visit there we waited a hour and a half to see the doctor for a meet and greet and to ask a couple of questions. No one came in to tell us what was going on and no one apologized for the wait. My daughter ended up with a bad cough two days later. They would not get us in during their sick hour visits and when we did go back we waited another hour and a half. Again, no one seemed to care how long we waited. This pediatric office is probably the worst run doctor office I've ever visited. They are completely disorganized. I can't even wrap my head around some of the stuff I was told while there. For instance, we were taken back to a room, room four. Then told to wait there because there were no rooms available. About 30 minutes later, we were taken to room eleven, which was identical to room four. What?
