We love our pediatrician. My son has been a patient since he was born and we've always had a great experience. There have been times when i've taken him in for things i probably didn't need to, and even then they're still so reassuring and supportive. They have been great with sending referrals when needed, responding to messages on the patient portal in a timely manner, and overall just taking care of my son. Sure we have had to wait a few times at appointments but the care they give is worth the wait
they are the most sweetest loving caring people there they are always so sweet they go above and beyond to make sure they take good care of you.
the front office was very professional and doctor hessert was very knowledgeable of my sons condition and showed great concern treating him.

I love pediatric associates in town center dr Cohen is our go to .as well, Chris was super helpful he helped me find the formula I needed for my daughter he always goes above and beyond .

Love the 24/7 nurse's line. Staff at the office is always friendly, upbeat, and extremely competent. Office is modern and decorated very cutely while being spotless and clean. I've seen a total of four doctors from their office for my newborn, and they were all FANTASTIC. They also text me/call me when my son's RX is ready. This is just overall an amazing doctors office, and I am glad my son will be going here through the years.

So- this office is extremely busy, plan on hanging out in the lobby for awhile. I picked this office for our kids' regular pediatric services because the hours are pretty good for working parents. They are open later than a lot of the other options. In addition, they are very close to where I live. Mostly my choices regarding this office are centered around convenience. My son used to see Dr. Hidalgo-Laos since infancy when she was at South Jax. I now bring him here to Pediatric Associates to see her. (He's 13 now.) She is an amazing pediatrician and I really like how friendly and thorough she is. She really takes her time and gives a lot of focus to her patients. The staff is also friendly here. Five stars for the beaches crew Dr Quintana was my children's Dr and now my grandchildren see only him he's the very best already told him he has to keep working till my youngest is to old to be his patient. He has the best crew ALISA and vanessa are the very best and always go the extra mile to take care of us in every way can not wait till they are back in their own office the south side is so far for beach people and it's crowded also any way I would recommend they to anyone and always do thanks very much annie sligh
