Jacksonville Pediatric Associates is amazing! I have been visiting for over 12 years. They are open 365 days a year even during the weekend which works perfectly with my schedule. I did not have to wait at all upon arrival. I was in and out fast. The doctors and staff there are very nice! Dr. Silva and Dr. Quintana are the best! I would recommend it to everyone!

Dr Kenneth Cohen is so warm and approachable. I literally only visit this office because of him. Definitely not the lab tech who told me a screening she had to perform "typically means there's something wrong" with my baby, was super rude on the phone AND in person, and seemed very inexperienced in regards to the state blood test (where she had to repeatedly prick my child's foot, of which she has a scar). I absolutely love Doctor Kenneth Cohen! He is absolutely amazing with my son. The staff in the back office is incredible. I do, however only give this office a 3 because the check in is rude. They really should know that check in is the first person a patient talks to and makes the office.
We love Jacksonville Pediatrics! We have three children that have been seen by this terrific group of doctors since they were infants. Very caring, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.
We have been "frequent flyers" at Jax Pediatric since 2001. As with any group practice we have our favorite providers - but all of the providers have been courteous and professional. I appreciate that we can request to schedule with the dr's my kids are most comfortable with. When we started with Jax Pediatric my children had just immigrated from Central Asia the ARNP even made periodic phone calls to our home to check on how they were adapting to an American diet and adjusting their sleep schedule. This place is TERRIBLE with giving information! They just see the child and tell you they'll update you and you NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN! Has happened with BOTH my sons. They dont really care or else they'd do their job better. AND IT ALWAYS STINKS IN THERE! Like straight armpits!

This office saw my two-week-old baby and said they would send in a prescription. It has now been three days, and despite calling every day to follow up, the prescription still hasn't been sent. Customer service has been extremely disappointing, and no one has resolved the issue or provided any meaningful communication. I would not recommend bringing your children here based on this experience.
This places is just getting worse and worse every day!!!! The explanation was sorry the doctor is running behind!!! This is not our problem if we have an appointment at 10:55 we want to be seen at that time. We arrived at 10:34 check in and waited and waited until we realized nobody was calling people that came after us was going in and out before us!! Crazy place you have an appointment at an hour and you get seen 3-4 hours later, they dont care about your time or the time that the kids need to spend in here waiting because they cant manage their schedules right. Then the doctor see you and doesnt even spend 20 min with the patient, Horrible place horrible experience
