Pediatrics is by far the worst and most unprofessional practice that I've ever been to . Their staff is rude, unkind , and treat their patients so impersonally as if they were cattle. Don't even waste your time trying to call and get anybody on the phone . Even if somebody tries to reach out to you it won't be for several days and nobody will accommodate you anyways . This drs office is truly a nightmare. And it has been for years. We are finally leaving the office and I feel RELIEVED. My oldest daughter is 3.5 and we have had plenty of awful experiences with her previously. and I have a less than a week old newborn son. I took my baby to his first newborn appt today that was at 8:15 (they open at 8) we left without being seen at 9:45 because my husband asked how much longer and the doctor told him they were overbooked and it would be at least 30 more minutes. Very bad experience at this place, they not have an update system at all, think they know everything but they don't. Customer service definitely needs to be improve at this place, specially from Managers. Lady name Stephanie is very inpatient while I was trying to explain something that I did a few months ago when they did requested me to do it, which is changed the PCP. They are good, I'll give them that much to begin with. But this is where my worry enters the picture. My children first saw Dr. Andrew Sinder, who assisted me with all of my twin's specific needs, including helping to get all of my other children on the appropriate meds. Then, POW! He quit the business, I was informed, and my children needed to be assigned a new doctor because he was no longer in the state. You are such a scandal for a reason, because I was with three children, two of my children had an appointment, and the other child had a temperature of 103. She also does not accept to check the temperature. She took me outside like a rag with my children. But the competent authorities are already dealing with the doctor, the nurse and the housekeeper who threaten me in the presence of the children

I signed up for pediatric services with them since my sons were still in my belly so over 12 years ago. I was blessed with two amazing pediatricians, neither are at this location (Dr. Silva- retired and Dr. Habet), so Jax Peds is all my kids know. I moved to the town center location due to proximity, newness, and increased waiting room size. The staff has always been nice and courteous and the waiting rooms are always clean. I am not pleased with this office at all. My son called & made a specific type of appt for my grandson. I am an authorized user on his chart to bring him & handle any medical needs. The appt time he had conflicted with my schedule, so I called back to see if I could reschedule it. Which the lady was very nice & rescheduled it, said that she saw he was also due for his wellness visit. I been going here since daughter was 3 now 5 she speech delay well now she has ahad and so made my appt told representative take calls what i needed had her as well check up again not my fault not once was told was pro call on this was call 2 before my appt well doctor came in he had other employees with slam paper down said am I special get kind of appt i said excuse ME did this in-front my child i grab stuff said i not deal doctor-speak me like this i will never go back they do not care about your children there

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would DO NOT I repeat DO NOT make these ppl your child's doctor they don't care about their patients they have a call center to answer for them you can never get through and no one ever calls you back and when you need any type of documents you basically better be prepared to try for a circus act jumping through hoops been trying to get my sons records for a week now keep emailing and faxing over the release form then I get told by different ppl different information I even got a call fro... read more
