Personnel is very unprofessional, when you call they put you on hold for the longest time. Even with scheduled appointments the wait is unreal. Do not even call their billing department as the lay in charge named Shawn is very unprofessional and rude. In my opinion they do not have a clue about how to run a professional practice.
