We had an amazing experience today for my son‘s first dentist appointment! He’s 3 1/2 so you never know how things could go. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with incredibly kind staff. They have a wonderful playroom with toys. Our hygienist, Maddie, went above and beyond to help my son feel comfortable and keep it lighthearted and fun. What an outstanding experience we had! Taking a child to the dentist is often stressful for both kids and parents, but this visit was exceptional in all the right ways. I’ve truly never witnessed such an impressive level of care—and that’s no exaggeration. We had the most wonderful tongue tie release experience! PedZ Dental got my son in so quickly. The whole staff are incredible! Dr. Notestine was the absolute best! He was so patient and kind. Explaining the whole procedure and what needed to be released and why.
We’ve been coming to PedZ Dental for over 4 years, ever since our child was a baby, and we can’t say enough good things about it! The office is extremely kid-centered, warm, and welcoming. Everyone there was very welcoming! The dentist was great! My child wasn’t the easiest and they were very accommodating and accepting to the attitude. Would recommend.
