FYI, at 5 pm a Pella van almost struck me crossing Co Rd 11, between Co Rd 90 and Co Rd 92. Inexcusable to drive so recklessly.

Such lies. NOT a Pella product despite all marketing and sales pitch to indicate otherwise. Our installation was poor and requires repair and a redo after one week. Please do your research as the doors are NOT Pella and do not have any such warranty and certainly the price is not justified. Though they claim the doors (made by Thermatrue) are higher quality than the doors you can by at a retail store (Lowe’s) when you talk to the manufacturer directly they do not agree. Agreed with with Eugene said. I purchased all new windows and doors and I'm still having the same issues that my crappy old windows were having. All my windows and doors are frozen shut. Pella customer service is ignoring me and saying that my humidity levels are too high. It's between 25-30%. I've lived in MANY homes prior to this one and have not had issues when my humidity was over 40%.
Horrible product with horrible customer service. Took a year to get back to me this time. I’ve been complains about horrible product since the first winter we went thru with all new doors and windows. A little chalk and some BS and problem isn’t solved. A lot of better choices for windows and doors out there.
These people are the absolute worst! I've been trying for months to get someone to return calls or answer email regarding window repair. Here's the kicker: two weeks ago, a Pella crew came to my house. They had the wrong address! After taking my contact information and promising a call, I'm still waiting. They could use some customer service tips from the DMV.
No one else will replace the broken glass in our Pella window. Why? "Because it is Pella." So we have to live with a broken front window for over a month because we bought a Pella window. Never again.
