Rotted window & door problem with virtually no warranty. Snobby customer service.
Had Pella Windows installed in our cabin last year. This spring we noticed one of the bedroom windows has a broken glass. Is there a remedy?
Pella windows and doors are built for the warm weather climates, when there is a problem it is always something other than there problem. The service man was super and made a few changes but not changing the problem. When they come out several time in three years all the are worried about is who is going to pay for the service call although they were here each year to try to fit the issue,
