First: Pella's quality control is either non-existent or just bad in general. Second: Pella's customer service would have to improve dramatically just to get to the level of lousy. Third: It took me filing a complaint with the BBB just to get a call back from a Pella customer service person. Lastly: I will never make the mistake of using Pella again! Pella Windows😡- do not go with this company. Their salesmen state that you are dealing with a company that stands behind their product and will do what they can to ensure everything is taken care of. I have been dealing with an issue where they sent a broken piece in my bay window. Cannot believe they shipped this piece to even be installed. Window was installed on April 3. A window arrived cracked, the screen door does not shut properly, and I am not happy with the hardware color so there will be an upcharge to replace a brand new patio door handle. They will not do an exchange or give a credit for the week old handle I dislike.
