RecommendedHad two badly fogged and decaying framed original windows replaced, after 26 years in my home. Pella installer had to structurally rebuild window support system due to poor water shed system. The laundry room slider has easy glide movement and secure window locking system. The second window was an upper story bathroom crank-out, both quality windows for less then I expected. Courteous service and great job cleaning up installation materials and old window. Planning to have two more windows completed this fall 2018.
It's a good place to work at friendly staff and coworkers.
What amazed me about the installation was the attention to protection of the house and furniture - everything was covered, floors, stairs, beds(!). There wasn't a minute that went by that the crew wasted any time, always moving the project along. When the the team left the only thing that looked different where the three stunning windows in the upstairs bedrooms. The bedrooms feel warmer, quieter and brighter.
Everyone I communicated with at Pella was professional and responsive. The windows are worth the price tag as the quality and installation was done extremely well. The guarantees are real. They came back to replace one window that had a small stress fracture and also inserted wood framing where my old woodwork did no line up to the windows that were straight or plum. I would definitely consider them in the future for other work.
