Easy transaction from start to finish. Didn't even have to leave my house. Did the closing paperwork at my kitchen table.

Overall just a terrible experience because of not getting responses for sometimes days at a time I now have to request refunds from 4 different company’s that are being paid off thru refinance.. I will definitely not be doing anything else with penny Mac from this point forward once I sell my house in coming years.

Communication was key, everyone from my loan officer on were up front and great to work with. A nice no hassle or pressure experience! I’ll definitely come back to Pennymac in the future.
