There seemed to be confusion over who, exactly, was responsible for my refi. There seemed to be more than one "team" working on my case. I suppose it didn't help that one of the individuals was involved in an automobile accident just after we got things started. I'm not very computer savvy, so having to submit documentation online really befuddled me. Apparently we did something right, cuz it all came out right in the end.

Everything was clearly explained every step of the way. Also, everything went as scheduled.
The communication from our closer at PennyMac was truly awful. We started strong with our first phone call but once he passed us off, it went way downhill to where he needed to step in multiple times to help us get anything done.

Suzanne was awesome in responding to questions and very prompt in returning calls. However, we had some challenges with receiving replies / return calls from other loan officer. Additionally, the whole loan process was delayed by more than 4-6 weeks.
