Overall Mario did great! :)
I was impressed with how efficient PennyMac’s system is. I’ve worked in the industry before and done my share of loans but communication of the process was always a big unknown. Processors relayed on others to contact the customer for clarification and things got lost in translation. Your system is direct and as a customer, I felt like I was in contact with the right person for each step of the process. I got direct feedback and knew what came n3xt.

I do not believe the issue was with my loan team. Dealing with a refinance into a VA loan seemed to be a new experience for the team, so there was some miscommunication through the process. Just a learning and growing experience.
Closing went smoothly and timeframe was better than expected.
