Just overall professional advice and service made my loan experience wonderful.
There were just a few things that were not explained properly when it came to my cash out process. There were checks sent for balances that were already paid off. no one explained how that worked. Also, the closing costs were supposed to be included in my cash out but i ended up having to come up with the money that wasn't expected.
Communication was great.
I believe his name was Frazier Caldwell. He should be doing something else. Would talk around the answers to my questions to the point of confusing himself. Albert DeLeon was the only person who communicated at all. And he only came on board right at the end.
