The team as a whole was very helpful. Good communication and very friendly.
Restoration of VA eligibility were requested that weren't even necessary. We spent an entire week trying to get them including visits to the VA and numerous phone calls, and lack of communication from the PMAC team. It was very stressful. Also the closing documents were incorrect causing the closing to take an extraordinary long time affecting no less than a dozen people. I was embarrassed.
Overall good experience, no complaints.
